I had a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole on 2/19/19 @ 7:30pm. Got severely ill around 1:30 AM with vomiting and sever diarrhea. It is now 7:15am on 2/20/19 and I still cannot keep anything down.

I ate yesterday at around 4. Then I woke up at 5 this morning and puked. I have had diarrhea and a fever since then. I've been feeling nauseous all day as well.
