I ordered a chicken and steak burrito bowl with pico de gallo, corn salsa,cheese,sour cream, lettuce and guacamole,white rice ate most of it and started feeling nauseous and soon before I knew I had the urge to go throw up and I threw up and so much came out never again will I eat from chiptole

Even though the food didn't look that fresh the family still eat here on 3/10. By 3/11 thru today (3/12) we all experienced diarrhea, nausea and sever stomach pains. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Patties Food Group has issued a recall for its On The Menu Entree products due to a packaging error. The products were sold at Coles, Woolworths, and independent retailers including IGA, and No Waste Australia nationally.
The recalled items include On the Menu Entrée 3 Cheese Macaroni

(260g) with best-before dates of 27/03/26 & 14/03/26, On The Menu Entrée Beef Lasagne (260g) with best-before dates of 12/03/26 & 20/03/26, and On The Menu Entrée Spaghetti & Meatballs (260g) with a best before date of 19/03/26.
The oven cooking instructions provided are not compatible with the product tray, which may melt if these instructions are followed. Patties Food Group assures that the product is safe to consume if the microwave instructions on the pack are followed.

A few hours after eating 2 handfuls, I woke after midnight with nausea, followed by diarrhea and then vomiting. More vomiting after drinking water. Sweating during and chills after. Finally slept around 2:30 am.. I got sick twice within two weeks, both times after eating Vickie’s jalapeño
potato chips. I’m positive it was the chips.

Extreme food poisoning, ended up having to leave work early and was rushed to emergency room. I threw up and so much diarrhea that i became very dehydrated which put me in so much stomach pain. To the point where i almost blacked out. Food ordered was around 10:30 AM. On saturday april 27th.
