A chicken burrito bowl from chipotle, Within a couple of hours of eating about a third of my chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle, I began to feel nauseous. My nausea continued to worsen and I tried to sleep it off, but woke up and vomited a lot. I had chills, fever, and aches as well  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Chills

Steak Tacos Trigger Illness

I had 2 steak tacos, within 2 hours I could not stop vomiting, then I had a bad case of diarrhea and still feel nausea after 3days. Never again will I eat there. It was the only thing I ate all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
