I immediately ran to the bathroom and then I had diarrhea and I started vomiting. Later on this day, I had the chills and a fever. This is definitely symptoms of food poisoning.

04/24 update: I am still having watery diarrhea, a fever, chills, abdominal pain in my stomach, and feeling nauseated. I cannot hold solid foods down, just fluids. I sleep a lot.
