- comments: observed front prep area hand sink not accessible. Observed a large rolling display cart in front of sink ,a pizza sheet pan on top of sink. Articles were removed during inspection. Must

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 30 or more mice droppings on lower shelf of hot holding unit,on floor under pop display unit,next to glass reach in cooler in front prep area,in between display units on sales floor at pop & chip display. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/29/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed an appx. '1/2-3/4' gap along bottom and side of front double doors and an appx. '2-3' adjacent car wash door to rear prep/dish washing area. Must make doors tight fitting.

- comments: observed unwrapped straws at coffee station. Must provide wrapped straws to prevent cross-contamination from customers.

- comments: must eliminate crates used for food storage throughout. Must replace missing fan guard covers in walk in cooler.

- comments: observed 3- compartment sink in front prep area backing up and filled with water in all compartments and not draining. Must repair and maintain. Instructed to use additional 3- compartment sink in rear dish area for washing dishes. Must repair and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-025)(citation issued)

- comments: must clean debris build up from interior parts of ice machine,prep tables,glass reach in cooler,ice cream freezer,walk in cooler- sleeves.
