8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed male food handlers pulling up pants several times and handling biscuit trays and putting them in oven and then handling scraper at table to remove flour without washing hands. Instructed to wash hands
after every possible contamination. (cos)(priority 7-38-010)

- comments: observed no hand drying device at hand sink in prep area. Manager provided paper towels during inspection. Must provide and maintain at all times. (cos)(priority foundation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed multiuse utensils not properly being sanitized. Observed male food handler washing 2- stainless steele pan with a scrubber at 1- compartment sink that is used for dipping chicken in that still had excessive food debris build up inside of pan and then refilling with water and placed back into holders at prep table. Instructed manager to have food handler to properly wash,rinse and sanitize utensils at 3- compartment sink. (priority 7-38-025)

- comments: violation codes: 4-601. 11(c) inspector comments: observed excessive debris build up on counter top around microwave,fryer cabinets,prep tables,chicken walk in cooler- shelving units,fan guard covers,rolling cart,interior of ice machine,ice dispenser at soda machine and counter underneath same. All shelving units.

- comments: violation codes: 5-205. 15 inspector comments: must repair or replace damaged toilet seat in men's toilet room.

- comments: violation codes: 6-201. 13 inspector comments: must repair or replace damaged women's toilet room door. Loose wall paper in dining area. Stained ceiling tiles in dining area.
