At 13:30 local time I bought a ham and swiss sub with lettuce, tomato, peperoncini peppers, vinegar and oregano on white bread, to go. The prep guy had a beard and was talking with a slur. He spent a minute wiping the deli slicer debris out from... See More under it, and then used the same rag to wipe the meat surface and blade surface. He then tossed it under the counter. He did not change gloves. He used the sliver to slice the smoked ham and the Swiss cheese. Another worker, female, was coughing or sneezing into her sleeve before food prep. Ate half the sub about 20 minutes later.
Began to feel strange about 5 hours later, and tried to sleep beginning at 9 pm. Had much feeling of bloating and gas. Began vomiting around midnight, and had to get up several times in the night to vomit. The next day slept off and on all day with a few watery small defacations. Took colace stool softener and fiber one lemon bar, 2 gas-x, and an Advil PM with lots of water at midnight. Slept fairly well until about 8 am. Had one bowl of crackling oat bran and whole milk for breakfast, and one gas-x. Thursday evening at 6:19pm I stopped there. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap with a black bean taco.. I was handed the bag through the drive thru & all my food had beef in it instead. I walked up to the front door & told them... See More my food was wrong. I asked for a copy of my receipt because she didn’t give me one & the cashier was very rude and wouldn’t help. Shift manager came to the door to give me a receipt and the phn number to the store l while they fixed my food.. I ate my food in the parking lot after it was handed to me.. I got home 3hrs later to experience exorcist vomit 🤮 and diarrhea at the same time.. this continued for the entire night.
