- comments: observed no verifiable employee health policy on site at time of inspection. Instructed to maintain copies of verifiable health policy signed by all employees on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no kit and procedure on site for responding to vomit and diarrhea at time of inspection. Instructed to maintain kit containing all necessary supplies including a sanitizer rated as effective against norovirus on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: observed no hot water due to it manually turned off due to hot water continually leaking when turned off. Instructed to have hot and cold running water at a minimum temperature of 100f at all hand wash sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed cooked turkey at 118. 6f and cooked chicken at 117. 4f stored at improper temperature in hot holding unit. Manager discarded approximately 10lbs and $50. All hot tcs food must maintain 135f or above during storage, preparation, display and service. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-005

- comments: observed prepared tcs food items cooked chicken, cooked mac and cheese in containers in 2 door cooler without labels. Instructed to provide discard date labels (not to exceed 7 days) on all foods prepared on site and held for more than 24 hours and maintain. Manager corrected on site priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued
