Went in this morning 5/5 9a ish. Had an Italian sandwich it tasted off but I ate it.
It’s the only thing I’ve eaten in 24 hours. One to two hours after I started symptoms and it’s 11p and still have all the mentioned symptoms! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps

Roast beef on Italian herbs- pepper jack- lettuce, spinach, tomato, bell pepper, pickles, mustard and mayo.
