Roast beef on Italian herbs- pepper jack- lettuce, spinach, tomato, bell pepper, pickles, mustard and mayo.

I started feeling sick after 6 1/2 hours. Started with sharp pains. Then I had lots of vomiting and diarrhea. I had a fever and chills the whole nine yards. 2 days later I finally have some energy. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
