On 10/6/21 I bought a pumpkin muffin and about 3 hours later I experienced nausea and diarrhea and then a fever. I felt these symptoms for the next 15 hours. This was the only food I consumed before experiencing these symptoms.

I tried this on Sunday and woke up Monday around 3 and had to throw up. I figured it was acid reflux which I haven't had since going vegan 2.5 years ago but didn't think much of it. I tried another one today to try and figure
out the flavor profile and about 2 hours later I was short of breath and had to call 911 because I was driving from San Jose to Sacramento.
They checked me out at my car and wanted to take me to the er. I didn't want to leave my car and had was starting to feel better and said I would drive myself less than 5 miles to the er. In less than 10 minutes of leaving I started hyperventilating and had to pull over. As I stopped I blacked out, and someone saw and called 911 and the same EMT's came to me and said I was incredibly pale and unresponsive so they had to break the window to get me out. As they sit me up I leaned forward and vomited all over myself. I didn't regain consciousness until I was in the ambulance.
After being admitted they did a lot of tests all came back negative. The dr said that I fainted and that the shortness of breath and fainting could have been cause by food poisoning and of course the vomiting. I have never been so embarrassed, scared and sick in my entire life. I will be addressing this with Starbucks and Impossible because there was no other explanation that the same product made me sick. yesterday raw chicken from nando’s parts of the chicken on my loaded fries was raw and i swallowed some without realising and now experiencing symptoms of food poisoning . I managed to take out some of the chicken and that’s when i saw that it was raw

I ate this at sonic, it smelled off but i thought that was just how it’s supposed to smell. A few hours later I ran to the toilet with a heavy headache and nausea, i vomited ALOT like I was puking everything inside of me. The puking
and headache wouldn’t stop all night, I would wake up out of my sleep with a mouthful of vomit so i had get a bag to sleep beside, this all came with severe stomach pain, severe headache, and puking with every breathe i took until eventually all i was puking was stomach acid. Tried to drink water and i puked that right up. I woke up needing to use the bathroom and it’s been complete liquid and it’s a whole day later. I still haven’t ate anything, but I am now able to hold water down.The pain caused my to sleep/lay in bed for over 24hours. Moral of the story I am traumatized to eat food again

My mother ordered the waters April the 5th it was delivered April 11th I believe I drink the water on 14th and that night I got extremely sick I got severe stomach pains and headaches i had other symptoms but those were the worst I did not
pay attention to the floating particles in the water until my mom brought it to my attention that she was sick as well and then notified me of the recall but by that time me and my 4 year old daughter had already gotten sick
