Me and my other half both had the meat balls and chips for tea. After a few hours my other half was suffering with a bad stomach soon after so was I followed by sickness and still 2 days on nausea hasn't subsided  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

Had the standard German doner kebab with 3 sauces . Started getting severe stomach cramps the next day. Had to attend the A&E department. I am now on two different antibiotics. Actually thought I was going to die. The pain was so severe I was given morphine.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Obstáculo

My friend and I went to eat at Galicia on Wednesday 1st May 2019.
Later that evening I started to feel sick and suffering from severe vomiting all night.
