McDonald's consumed from Dunstable branch me and my partner have got it, Went to bed 2 hours after consuming. About half 9. Woke up at 1am with cramps fever and vomiting and diarrhoea. had chicken wrap from McDonald’s but chicken wasn’t cooked person who had same as me was vomiting but the toilets are really dirty no one is cleaning them or the tables, I got sick my mom got sick a friend who used the drive thru got sick we all had the same symptoms  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever
