The garlic wrap of the day meal. Threw up twice at night, then 2 during the day.
Struggled to eat and drink. Was only able to eat small things 24 hours after. Masivly dehydrated and malnourished.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Deshidratación

Ate the Vegetable bake this morning before school. Thank god my son didn’t want it.
