went to Applebee around 2pm Saturday 2/27. By 9pm that evening started with diarrhea, nausea. Got worse during the night and the next day - sunday. Sill ill Monday, went to er .. not able to catch breath.. passed out at er.. given iv.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos

Comí en Chipotle alrededor de las 11:00am del 17 de febrero. Comí el tazón de pollo con arroz blanco, frijoles negros y pintos, salsa de tomate fresco, salsa de maíz, crema agria y queso. No compré lechuga porque tenía trozos podridos. El 19 de febrero me desperté… Ver más
