went to Applebee around 2pm Saturday 2/27. By 9pm that evening started with diarrhea, nausea. Got worse during the night and the next day - sunday. Sill ill Monday, went to er .. not able to catch breath.. passed out at er.. given iv.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

2 月 17 日上午 11 点左右我在 Chipotle 吃过饭。我有鸡碗里有白米饭、黑豆和斑豆、新鲜番茄莎莎酱、玉米莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我没有得到生菜，因为里面有腐烂的碎片。2 月 19 日凌晨 3 点我因腹痛和肌肉酸痛醒来。到早上 6 点我有严重的腹痛、发冷、肌肉酸痛、肌肉无力和头痛。到 10 点半，我得了腹泻，加剧了肌肉和头部疼痛，无法站立。现在是下午 6 点半，我没有任何好转，所以我要去 ER。

16 年 1 月 29 日，我自己和 2 个朋友在这里吃过饭。这个地方是完美无暇的。我吃了一只 Italion Stallion，它是肉丸帕尼尼。我的另一个生病的朋友有一个 Caprese 这是马苏里拉奶酪，我想是香蒜酱。周五我的朋友因跑步和严重抽筋而生病。我星期六生病了。我第一次觉得自己肚子里被热扑克刺伤了。然后我发冷了，第二分钟我很热。自周六以来我一直在跑步。今天是第三天。昨天我以为自己好多了，但是后来水奔又开始了。
