Husband and I ate bean burrito, soft shell tacos, and doritos locos tacos. Husband had diarrhea a few hours later. I had diarrhea, vomiting, and fever a few hours after husband got sick. This was Apr 25-26, 2017.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 8 月 26 日星期五上午 6 点 50 分左右，我从塔可钟停下来吃墨西哥卷饼。我在上班的路上吃了早餐卷饼和培根，距离路上大约五分钟。到我上班的时候，我感到恶心和胃部不适。尽管我经常去洗手间，开始感觉头晕目眩，但我整天大部分时间都做到了。我很早就离开了星期五晚上和星期六的大部分时间都睡了。周日，我又开始感觉正常了。

Tuesday May 21, 2016 I tried their new Medertraian Salad and a hamburger at about 8pm. By 2am I was vomiting every 30-60 minutes until noon until the ambulance came to get me. I was severely dehydrated and though it's been round the clicks meds for 72 hours, I'm still sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我丈夫吃了一只鸡圣达菲沙子，但它看起来并没有一直煮熟。不到 15 分钟他就发烧和发冷，30 分钟 diahrea，60 分钟后他开始呕吐。自从他们更换管理层以来，已经削减了很多减料。我们不会再在这里吃饭了。如果呕吐继续下去，我们会去急诊室。

went to Applebee around 2pm Saturday 2/27. By 9pm that evening started with diarrhea, nausea. Got worse during the night and the next day - sunday. Sill ill Monday, went to er .. not able to catch breath.. passed out at er.. given iv.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
