Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest. Within the next 12 hours we were both hit with diarrhea and vomiting. Veggie mix, corn salsa, guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 8 月 26 日星期五上午 6 点 50 分左右，我从塔可钟停下来吃墨西哥卷饼。我在上班的路上吃了早餐卷饼和培根，距离路上大约五分钟。到我上班的时候，我感到恶心和胃部不适。尽管我经常去洗手间，开始感觉头晕目眩，但我整天大部分时间都做到了。我很早就离开了星期五晚上和星期六的大部分时间都睡了。周日，我又开始感觉正常了。
