Salad from here, dressing? Falafel?  Ate about 6pm started with shakes about 8:30pm and those lasted about 3 hours And had to pile blankets on to stop them. Them vomiting and diarrhea and still have headache and nausea this morning and dizziness.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 头晕

This morning about 10am I got a 5 inch flat bread steak whole egg and provolone with spinach, olives, oinions, mayo and avacado. Started feeling sick around 5pm ish and started to vomit around 9pm. I also had a green tea as well. was all I ate today. Ugh... I am so sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate the burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sofritas, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and a side of guacamole around 2p. At 6p, I got so nauseous, I went to lay down. Woke up at 8p with the chills, a fever and vomiting.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 寒战

未煮过的炸薯条！！！我的两个 4 岁以下的孩子呕吐了 24 小时，然后我和我丈夫呕吐和腹泻 48 小时！还有严重的胃痛。被医生看了以确认。连几个小时都无法按住水，我丈夫不得不错过工作。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Ate a quarter pounder from McDonald's in Benson near I-10 at approximately 5:30 p.m. on 6 March 2019. Experienced vomiting, and diarrhea a couple hours later. Been up all night sick and still feel ill noon 7 March.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest. Within the next 12 hours we were both hit with diarrhea and vomiting. Veggie mix, corn salsa, guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
