Salad from here, dressing? Falafel?  Ate about 6pm started with shakes about 8:30pm and those lasted about 3 hours And had to pile blankets on to stop them. Them vomiting and diarrhea and still have headache and nausea this morning and dizziness.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Maux, Vertiges

This morning about 10am I got a 5 inch flat bread steak whole egg and provolone with spinach, olives, oinions, mayo and avacado. Started feeling sick around 5pm ish and started to vomit around 9pm. I also had a green tea as well. was all I ate today. Ugh... I am so sick!  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Ate the burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sofritas, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and a side of guacamole around 2p. At 6p, I got so nauseous, I went to lay down. Woke up at 8p with the chills, a fever and vomiting.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements, Fièvre, Frissons

Frites non cuites ! ! ! Mes deux enfants de moins de 4 ans ont vomi pendant 24 heures, puis moi et mon mari avons vomi et diarrhée pendant 48 heures ! Douleurs à l'estomac sévères également. A été vu par un médecin pour confirmer. Ate a quarter pounder from McDonald's in Benson near I-10 at approximately 5:30 p.m. on 6 March 2019. Experienced vomiting, and diarrhea a couple hours later. Been up all night sick and still feel ill noon 7 March.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Je crois que le problème vient de la crème sure. Mon mari et moi avons commandé le même plat mais il n'a pas mangé la crème sure dans son assiette. Mes symptômes étaient des douleurs abdominales sévères, des maux de tête, des douleurs musculaires, en particulier dans les jambes, ainsi que des tremblements et des frissons. Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest. Within the next 12 hours we were both hit with diarrhea and vomiting. Veggie mix, corn salsa, guacamole.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements
