Ate the burrito with brown rice, pinto beans, sofritas, mild salsa, sour cream, lettuce, cheese and a side of guacamole around 2p. At 6p, I got so nauseous, I went to lay down. Woke up at 8p with the chills, a fever and vomiting.

Went to location with bike family for bike for BOGO yesterday around 5:30 pm. Ate with group. Two of us are the exact same thing, with three ingredients different to the rest. Within the next 12 hours we were both hit with diarrhea and vomiting. Veggie mix, corn salsa, guacamole.

Three to four hours after eating a chicken bowl i got really sick. Vomiting over 20 times and diarrhea 30 times. 48 rough hours.

2 月 17 日上午 11 点左右我在 Chipotle 吃过饭。我有鸡碗里有白米饭、黑豆和斑豆、新鲜番茄莎莎酱、玉米莎莎酱、酸奶油和奶酪。我没有得到生菜，因为里面有腐烂的碎片。2 月 19 日凌晨 3 点我因腹痛和肌肉酸痛醒来。到早上 6 点我有严重的腹痛、发冷、肌肉酸痛、肌肉无力和头痛。到 10 点半，我得了腹泻，加剧了肌肉和头部疼痛，无法站立。现在是下午 6 点半，我没有任何好转，所以我要去 ER。
