on sunday night, I had dinner at Red O and several hours after consuming the shrimp enchilada, I had 10 episodes of vomiting ( vomited my entire dinner) accompanied with nausea and later fever.

Felt better by Tuesday  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea, Vómitos

Got some tacos on taco tuesday a hour after eating the chicken and beef taco's i became ill threw up at least ten times and diarrhea. Thurs July 14 2016 - Bought a Wolfgang Puck chicken salad along with Tuna salad from Gelson's personal deli. Symptoms began 4/5 hours after consuming, lasted for an entire night. All I had to eat this day so I know the food poisoning was due to one of these two items  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Fiebre, Vómitos
