At 1155PM on Tuesday Oct. 30 2018 ordered Jacks Munchie Meal. Ordered the stacked grill cheese burger. By 200AM was feeling nauseous. 230am had diarrhea. 330am was still nauseous and at 400am vomited. At this time 500am still nauseous.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos

bought 8020 market trim ground beef on 107. Ate at 10am and again at 5pm. Nausea started at 930pm vomit at 10pm diarrhea shortly after. This morning very loose stool but not diarrhea.
