Last night I stopped by and picked up a large green bean side. Thats all I had eaten since 2pm and I had felt fine all day. When I woke up this morning I had diarrhea and nausea. I still feel pretty horrible and Im a little warm to the touch  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

At 1155PM on Tuesday Oct. 30 2018 ordered Jacks Munchie Meal. Ordered the stacked grill cheese burger. By 200AM was feeling nauseous. 230am had diarrhea. 330am was still nauseous and at 400am vomited. At this time 500am still nauseous.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

This is the second time Ive become sick after eating Trader Joes Teriyaki Chicken from the frozen section. I followed the directions. bought 8020 market trim ground beef on 107. Ate at 10am and again at 5pm. Nausea started at 930pm vomit at 10pm diarrhea shortly after. This morning very loose stool but not diarrhea. On a strict elimination diet of beef and water so no other food was ingested.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate the lamb meatloaf with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes at around 6 p.m. on Wednesday, 9/26. I woke up about 4 in the morning vomiting throughout the night and into the next day/night until around 11 p.m. I was exhausted, and could only sleep in between.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
