Made a sandwich from pretzel bun, sliced turkey, and romaine lettuce around 8:45pm. Woke up at about 4am feeling nauseous, then woke up again at 7:15 and vomited large amounts of light yellow/green bile.  | Síntomas: Náusea, Vómitos, Hiel

Comió un Poorboy de carne para almorzar el lunes 20 de mayo. El esposo comió el pollo. Tuvo diarrea que eventualmente se convirtió en vómitos y dolor en la parte superior del estómago. I OBTAINED DINNER FOR THREE MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY INCLUDING MYSELF. ALL THREE DINNERS HAD COMMON TOPPINGS.
