Mi hijo empezó a vomitar unas 2 horas después de comer una hamburguesa con queso y papas fritas en este McDonald's. 24 horas después tiene problemas para ponerse de pie (se siente débil) y tiene fiebre de 101 grados. Escalofríos, fiebre, debilidad, vómitos, diarrea, deshidratación.

I had two cheesy gordita crunches. I had one of them as soon as I got home and heated up the other one a few hours later around 9pm. By 4am I had diarrhea so bad you'd think I was taking a colonoscopy prep.
