Conseguí un batido de mango para llevar, estaba en el piso del baño de vons en agonía. Con vómitos intensos y dirriah. Tenía tanto dolor que pensé que me estaba muriendo.

Went on 6-17-19 around 3pm. Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, corn , pico and lettuce. Came home ate. By 5 pm dozed off. Around 9 the room started spinning and felt light headed with a fever and started to vomit.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Fiebre

Comí y mientras comía me sentía extremadamente enfermo y todos los síntomas comenzaron, unos 30 minutos antes de que comenzaran los síntomas desde que comencé a comer.
