Went on 6-17-19 around 3pm. Ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, corn , pico and lettuce. Came home ate. By 5 pm dozed off. Around 9 the room started spinning and felt light headed with a fever and started to vomit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧

晚餐吃了一个 Dave 的 Double 芝士汉堡，在一夜之间变得越来越臃肿，气胀，然后出现腹部抽筋。从那以后无法吃任何东西，在填补日下午 4 点 50 分，我仍然抽筋，恶心和臃肿。，我是唯一一个生病的人。我的搭档有另一个三明治组合，与我在床上度过周末去佛蒙特州旅行时不在同一条船上。

回家 2 小时后，星期六在 2011 年 6 月 10 日星期六吃了鸡肉 Marcella 我的肚子肿了，我感到疼痛。我上床睡觉了，大约午夜时分感觉就像被马踢在肚子里一样。我跑到洗手间，腹泻剧烈和弹丸呕吐。我以为我快要死了。感觉就像在那里昏倒一样。afdr 在那里一个小时我醒了我的丈夫，因为我的身体状况仍然很糟糕。无数次回到洗手间然后我只是在流水。我回去睡觉了，但是剧烈的疼痛持续存在。
我不得不去杰斐逊医院的急诊室。树医生说这听起来像是食物中毒。我用吗啡进行了静脉注射，还有一些东西可以平静我的胃，但疼痛和恶心仍然存在。他们给了我处方，但到目前为止还没有帮助。今天是 13 号了，我病得还很重。不能吃食物或水。弱的 mausousband 好不多了。
