Chicken burrito bowl with pinto beans, white rice, green salsa, cheese and sour cream. Chips and queso. Bought around 1:00-2:00pm yesterday. Ate half then and the other half for lunch today. The sour cream was on the side and everything was refrigerated immediately after eating until reheated today.  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Fiebre, Náusea

Got chicken burrito only at 9 pm. At 2 a.m. sudden vomit followed by 3 days of diarrhea. Appeared to go away for 6 days then reoccurred with same but harsher symptoms. Doctor diagnosed it as Shiga toxin E coli  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos
