I had a chicken burrito bowel with guacamole included last night. I took about 5 bites of it and got sick within an hour of eating it. I don’t know if it was the chicken or the guacamole but i definitely got food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

下午 3 点我回家吃了 chipotle 的鸡肉卷饼。甚至不到一个小时后，我的胃立刻开始感到不安。我也很头疼，感觉很恶心。我试了两个小时，看看它是否会消失。最后我不能再忍受了然后扔了。我现在感觉好多了，但还是有点不安和恶心。不确定症状是否会持续（希望不会）

我在 voss rd hwy.6 的 taco bell 订购了切碎的鸡肉卷饼。我吃了然后幸运地开车回家了。不到三三个小时我就像狗一样生病了！首先是非常痛苦的胃痉挛，然后是呕吐和呕吐，然后是可怕的腹泻，发冷和出汗，可怕的虚弱至少 4 到 5 个小时。我成年的儿子想打电话给 911 他太害怕了。我无法想象如果我长大的儿子不来这里会发生什么！我非常脱水，所以我儿子出去给我买液体。在那个炸玉米饼钟上，他们的烹饪方法或温度设置应该使食物保持足够热以防止食物中毒发生，这是非常错误的。需要做点什么。
