Yesterday at 3PM (2/27/18) I ate a Chicken Burrito bowl with white rice, black beans and cheese. I started feeling nauseous about an hour after eating the food and have had diarrhea and vomiting since.

Tuesday, July 18th, at around 8:30pm. I ate a steak burrito bowl and a chicken quesadilla. I had eaten Japanese BBQ earlier that day, but I'm very confident that chipotle was the culprit. I still have terrible diarrhea four days later, with very painful stomach cramps.
