Either cheeseburger or fries from mcdonalds, My 2 year old daughter and I each had a cheeseburger and some French fries. Within an hour of eating I started to get cramping and sick to my stomach. Both my son and I had symptoms of diarrhoea and nausea following McDonalds last Thursday evening 21st March. Mine began at 4am, his at 9.30 am.
