Me gustaría agradecer a McDonald's por ignorar a un cliente con una queja de buena fe sobre su hamburguesa muy poco cocida. El restaurante nunca contesta el teléfono. Así que perdí dinero y una comida y probablemente un restaurante que disfruté. ¡Gracias!
