I got a #11 With lettuce peppers and pickles like I usually do at work for lunch. By 5 am the next day I had diarrhea that didn’t stop and throwing up violently. Could not go to work. Last Monday (12/9) I had a gargantuan unwich delivered to me at work. I was out of the office Tues/Wed with diarrhea. This Monday (12/16) I ordered the same thing. I was up all night with fever chills diarrhea and vomiting. Went to Dr today and they say it is food poisoning!  | Síntomas: Diarrea, Náusea, Vómitos, Fiebre, Escalofríos

Tenía hinchazón todo el día después de comer y tenía calambres y escalofríos abdominales. Sandwich from this location. I started developing nausea about 1 hour after eating. I was the only one who got sick. My father’s sandwich didn’t have several thing that were in mine.
