J'ai mangé un sandwich déjeuner avec des saucisses et des œufs vers 10 heures du matin. En rentrant du travail vers 17 heures, j'ai dû me garer parce que j'avais de fortes douleurs/crampes. J'ai senti que j'allais vomir. Je suis rentré et les douleurs ont continué. J'ai vomi et j'ai eu la diarrhée.
