April 25th around 3pm. Had sour cream enchiladas and guacamole (2 others did too. No illness) felt nauseous immediately after meal and threw up approx. 30-45 mins later  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements

We stopped at McDonald's at 1pm on Saturday April 2. We bought 2 happy meals and 5 single burgers. My daughter did not eat any of her meal.
