~ 7pm ate dinner at Vietnamese restaurant Pho Envy on Hillcrest north of Northwest Hwy, Dallas.

Y'all really did put raw chicken in my sandwich ??? Yeah, I took a bite and was like this isn't right and when I spit it out I was so grossed out. And they haven't even contacted me or anything which sucks because that's disgusting

Ate it last night around 12a. I had no appetite the next morning and did not eat. I began to feel dizzy, so I laid down. I ate some toast and the began to vomit and have a severe case of diarrhea.
