Prepared Costco pepperoni according to directions. Ate 4 slices. Felt nausea and stomach hurt within 30 mins after finishing my 4th slice. I have been throwing up and stomach cramping and fever and diarrhea for 15 hours so far.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements, Crampes

Ordered a medium hawaiian and a medium pepperoni, onion, bell pepper, jalopeno. Ate around 7. I only had the latter and threw up around 2am followed by diarrhea. My wife only had the former and threw up around 6am followed by diarrhea. Our last meal preceding the pizza was at 2pm.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
