For dinner at 7:00 PM on 3/7/2018 I had take out from Chipotle. I ate a barbecue burrito with black beans, red salsa, cheese and sour cream. At 3:00 am I woke up to terrible stomach cramps, had several bowl movements some diarrhea. After morning shower at 7:00 am I violently vomited multiple times.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements, Crampes

Je ne suis pas sûr, que ce soit le hamburger ou le gâteau au fromage, Mon estomac a commencé à me faire mal quelques heures après mon retour à la maison, quand je dormais. J'ai commencé à avoir des frissons, des étourdissements. Puis j'ai vomi, je ne peux rien retenir. J'ai de la fièvre, j'ai des éclairs, j'ai de la diarrhée. I had tomato soup and a half chicken salad sandwich on Tuesday, March 5th at about 1:30 pm. I stated feeling nauseous at about 4 or 5 pm and the severe nausea, cramping and diarrhea started at 7 pm.
