For dinner at 7:00 PM on 3/7/2018 I had take out from Chipotle. I ate a barbecue burrito with black beans, red salsa, cheese and sour cream. At 3:00 am I woke up to terrible stomach cramps, had several bowl movements some diarrhea. After morning shower at 7:00 am I violently vomited multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋

我不确定，无论是汉堡包还是芝士蛋糕，回家几个小时后，睡觉的时候我的胃开始受伤。我开始发冷，头晕。然后我呕吐了，什么都不能压住。我发烧了头晕，有腹泻。我没胃口而且出汗了。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻, 头昏眼花, 头晕, 寒战, 出汗, 食欲不振

I had tomato soup and a half chicken salad sandwich on Tuesday, March 5th at about 1:30 pm. I stated feeling nauseous at about 4 or 5 pm and the severe nausea, cramping and diarrhea started at 7 pm. It is 36 hours later and I am still having diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋
