4 out of 5 in our party got sick after eating at the restaurant on 4/7/18. We all had lettuce. The Bucks Couty Health Department said 3 others also reported and all also had lettuce.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

I had the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp. We finished dinner and were home by 7:30. Around 7:45 I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I went to sleep around 9:30. Woke up at 11:40 feeling very nauseous and in a cold sweat. I threw up at 11:55.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

I ordered the southwest chicken salad with lime avocado ranch dressing. As soon as I finished the salad, my stomach started hurting really badly then I had to use the bathroom (in there for a while). I'm know I'll be back in the bathroom soon enough.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries about 9:25 pm on 10/28/16. A few bites into the sandwich I didn't feel so well. I was up all night vomiting with diarrhea, which lasted well into the next day. Thankfully my husband fell asleep before he was able to eat the sandwich I bought for him.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

J'ai mangé dans ce pain Panera aujourd'hui (8/4/16) pour le déjeuner vers 13h.
