4 out of 5 in our party got sick after eating at the restaurant on 4/7/18. We all had lettuce. The Bucks Couty Health Department said 3 others also reported and all also had lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the 8 oz sirloin with shrimp. We finished dinner and were home by 7:30. Around 7:45 I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. I went to sleep around 9:30. Woke up at 11:40 feeling very nauseous and in a cold sweat. I threw up at 11:55.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the southwest chicken salad with lime avocado ranch dressing. As soon as I finished the salad, my stomach started hurting really badly then I had to use the bathroom (in there for a while). I'm know I'll be back in the bathroom soon enough.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries about 9:25 pm on 10/28/16. A few bites into the sandwich I didn't feel so well. I was up all night vomiting with diarrhea, which lasted well into the next day. Thankfully my husband fell asleep before he was able to eat the sandwich I bought for him.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我今天（16 年 8 月 4 日）在下午 1 点左右在这个 Panera Bread 吃了午饭。我的大 Panera Bread 餐是我整天唯一吃过的东西，午饭后有一些袋装的硬椒盐脆饼除外，当时严重的腹部痉挛、冷汗、疲劳和腹泻的症状在下午 6 点左右开始。我订购了西兰花切达干酪汤、土耳其 BLT 三明治和绿色冰沙。现在还不到午夜 12 点，我感觉也没有好转。我确信食用这些 Panera 物品中的一种会导致我现在遇到的症状。:(
