J'ai pris le sandwich déjeuner au gouda au bacon. Immédiatement après j'ai eu des douleurs à l'estomac, mais environ 4 heures plus tard, les vomissements sont venus. J'ai vomi 7 fois de suite puis j'ai eu de la diarrhée - absolument terrible. C'était la seule chose que j'avais à manger et je me sentais parfaitement bien juste avant.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Douleur d'estomac

Went for a company lunch. I ordered a salad, no meat or cheese. It tasted funny to me and I stopped eating. About an hour later felt nauseous, then spent the weekend with a fever and sick off my gourd.
