Had the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. Immediately after I had stomach pains, but about 4 hours later came the vomiting. I threw up 7 times in a row and then had diarrhea - absolutely terrible. This was the only thing I had to eat and was feeling perfectly fine right before.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Went for a company lunch. I ordered a salad, no meat or cheese. It tasted funny to me and I stopped eating. About an hour later felt nauseous, then spent the weekend with a fever and sick off my gourd.
