Le lendemain matin, j'ai eu de très graves maux de tête et des maux d'estomac (vomissements aussi). I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.
