Bol à burrito. Boeuf. Haricots noirs. Du riz brun. Laitue. Salsa. Guac. Je me sentais bien pour la journée mais je me suis réveillé très tôt en me sentant malade. Il est devenu très gazeux le lendemain, puis des selles liquides totales. Je me sens toujours mal environ 40 heures après avoir mangé. I ate a black bean, rice, and cheese quesadilla from Chipotle 2 days ago and 15 minutes later felt very nauseous, then 20 minutes later puked and had diarrhea for the next day.
