Had a chicken and steak bowl with rice, beans, mild salsa, cheese, guac, and lettuce. Few hours later started to get a stomach ache then nausea came. Diarrhea to follow and had a fever from 9pm till 6:30am the next morning...  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

墨西哥卷饼碗。牛肉。黑豆。糙米。莴苣。莎莎。Guac。当天感觉不错，但是醒来真的很早就感觉不舒服。第二天真的很生气然后是总的液体粪便。进食大约 40 小时后仍然感觉不好。不得不服用 imodium。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 煤气

I ate a black bean, rice, and cheese quesadilla from Chipotle 2 days ago and 15 minutes later felt very nauseous, then 20 minutes later puked and had diarrhea for the next day. Mind you, this was all I had eaten all day, and it is all that came up later on.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
