Ate a bowl on Sep 23 approximately 6pm. Brown rice, chicken, fajita veggies, tomato salsa, cheese, and lettuce. Diarrhea, nausea, vomiting started around 1am on Sep 24 and continued throughout the night.

I had the chicken bowl with brown rice chicken lettuce cheese and sour cream on the side and also salad dressing on the side

Was the only thing I ate all day ate in afternoon about 4 hrs later got a feaver started sweating n then came in 11 hours of intense vomiting and pounding headach I'm so upset and should sue them I might do it
