J'ai mangé du chipotle quelques minutes après leur ouverture. J'ai un bol pour accompagner du riz blanc, des haricots pinto, des sofritas, de la salsa moyenne et douce. Maïs, fromage, crème sure et guac. Deux tortillas supplémentaires et un sac de chips.

I had the shrimp tackle box with red beans and rice and tea last night 3-5-2017. I struggled with diarrhea and vomiting thru the night. A big vomit seemed to help the most. I have been in bed today, too wiped out to go to work.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements
