他们开业几分钟后就去了 chipotle。有一碗可以搭配白米饭、斑豆、sofritas、中度或温和的莎莎酱。玉米、奶酪、酸奶油和番石榴。另外两个玉米饼和一袋薯条。

在只打完大约 1/3 的碗之后，恶心立即变得非常严重。
现在已经过了下午 5 点，太糟糕了。现在我很生气我花钱买了吃不了的食物而且不得不错过工作 :(

鸡肉卷饼配糙米、斑豆、生菜、奶酪和酸奶油。吃完大约一个小时后，我的胃部出现了可怕的疼痛。24 小时后这种情况还在继续。从今天早上开始也有腹泻。今天持续一整天。这导致我几乎无法站立而不得不错过工作。它给了我一种可怕的偏头痛和狂热型的感觉。从我的假设来看，是腹泻脱水。我几乎无法动弹。

I had the shrimp tackle box with red beans and rice and tea last night 3-5-2017. I struggled with diarrhea and vomiting thru the night. A big vomit seemed to help the most. I have been in bed today, too wiped out to go to work.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
