J'ai eu la diarrhée 4 fois au cours de la nuit avec d'horribles crampes et des nausées. J'ai mangé un bol de burrito, un steak, du riz brun, sans haricots, de la salsa piquante et pico, du guacamole et du fromage. 90-120 minutes plus tard, j'ai eu la diarrhée. Je l'ai depuis plus de 32 heures. J'ai pris des zpacks et du Cipro pour la diarrhée des voyageurs, mais cela ne ralentit pas beaucoup.
