I had a grilled chicken teriyaki sandwich no cheese around 3:00pm. Woke at at 1:30 super nauseous, about to puke and stuck on the toilet. I'm certain that's what it was, i want to puke thinking about it and I didn't eat anything else.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements

Warm teriyaki chicken roll & the only thing I eat that day. Caused temp, vomiting, diarrhoea then fainted in bathroom causing trip to RNS Hospital with fractured rib & 7 stitches in head would. Had the sweet onion chicken teriyaki Friday for lunch by 1am I was puking my guts out and the pain is almost too much.
